Usage1. Energy saving benefit. Taking SJNII-1000 type for calculation, in a year, approximately 2500 tons of steam, 70 thousand tons of water and 60 thousand electrical degrees can be saved, thus, cost of nearly RMB 80-100 thousand Yuan is reduced (compared with single-effect).2. The concentrator adopts negative pressure external heating natural cycling evaporation mode, with instant evaporation and great concentrated specific gravity up to 1.1-1.3 (common TCM extract).3. The concentrator adopts dual-effect simultaneous evaporation and uses twice steam. Therefore, the energy can be saved by 40% when compared with single-effect concentrator. The investment saved in a year can be up to total investment on the concentrator.4. Multiple functions: (1) The concentration of alcohol that can be reclaimed is approximately 80%. (2) The boiler can reclaim creams repetitively with the circulation of first effect and second effect (3) Materials can be fed into for concentration continuously and at intervals.5. The parts of the concentrator that contact materials are all made of stainless steel, which is in accordance with GMP standard. It has beautiful appearance. The heater and evaporator are provided with heat preservation. The heat preservation adopts stainless steel sheet as the shell. The surface adopts mirror polishing or matte treatment.
